Microsoft Dead?

Microsoft, for a dead company has pretty lively profits, says The Var Guy. He sits down and comes up with 10 Stunning Facts About Microsoft’s Profits.

He compares Microsoft's profits with other giants, and computes how long does it take to beat the quarterly net income of some of the companies like Apple (just 2 weeks), IBM (5 weeks), Google (just 18 days), and Nike (1 week!)

Not fair! Are you trying to make me wonder if I should've picked up that offer from HP after college? :P

Net revenue- More, yes; but in Net Income the Redmond Giant is way ahead. 4,926 millions agains HP's 1,547 millions for the same quarter!!

microsoft is not at all out as ppl say it is, its still on top regardless of all the (so called) innovations put fwd by google. It will be difficult for Google to attain such revenue levels as th market is not of tht kind...

neway the best thng in th world still remains selling OIL

I have put up the Firefox Extension for coComment! I and a few friends have been using it for a day now and it seems to work fine! Download coComment! for Firefox coComment! for Firefox allows you to coComment! from the right-click context menu and is of great help especially when commenting in a pop-up window where you can't access your bookmarks. Also, with this extension you will not have to move from the comment area to your bookmarks to click the 'bookmarklet' and then back, before you click the submit button on the blog. The Winner is Cricket

"Nothing gets the nation going like Cricket does." A few days ago, I would have thought twice before saying this, but the recent exploits of our Men in Blue in the European continent have ensured that we fans have converted back to our first religion of choice- Cricket! They went to Ireland down and out- written off, forgotten by their fans, away from the radar of the media.
